This is a small town MC romance. It don’t know that I’ve read a MC small town romance. But I can say that I really loved reading this book. Penelope and Jameson have known each other since they were thirteen years old. Now they are part of The Chaos Kings MC and have recently moved to do just that. Jameson’s father is the president of the MC. There is no denying that these two are really attracted to each other. They have this push and pull thing going on but they really get in the way themselves having anything between them so many times. This goes on for years and the angst will just tear at your heartstrings. We get their past story. Now he is the President and she is pregnant. However, this baby belongs to his vice president who wants absolutely nothing to do with the baby or Pen. Jameson has stayed away from her for years. He thinks she deserves better and wanted her to have a better life. But now circumstances and the need to protect her and the baby lead to a choice neither of them ever saw coming. I loved that we got the past and the present and as I said the past will so have you an emotional mess. It really did me. I loved these two together and separately. They are just great characters and neither of them is perfect and have had hard things happen in their lives. You will root for these two through the entire book. I loved have protective he was of her. I loved that he has one heck of a dirty mouth on him. I am a sucker for a dirty mouth!!. Filled with twists and turns and moments that will make you nervous this book has a little bit of everything. You do not want to miss it.
