This is the story of Chesca and Nico. She is a girl who is really going through a rough patch in life. If it can be thrown at her it is. She is now on the way to her grandparents beach house in another country to get away from it all. She needs a fresh start far away from the boyfriend that was really a horrible person. Got fired from her job and is just at her wits end. When she gets to the beach house she meets Nico who is a very grumpy Italian and the welcome she receives from him is anything but warm and friendly. However, when she comes upon him one night and he needs some serious help and no one is there to do it but her she helps him in his time of need. But when she needs his help will he be there to return the favor? Well I can’t tell you but you are going to love finding out the answer to that question. There are secrets that Nico carries that make him the way he is. But don’t give up on him. All is not as it seems. I loved reading this book and I can’t wait to have the next one in my hands to find out what happens.
