BLURB

Sometimes searching within yourself can reveal a more painful truth…

Someone is trying to kill Kayla Rath’Varein—again.

The Omni Towers are more dangerous than ever to the self-proclaimed ruin rat. With the instability in the towers reaching a crescendo and perils lurking in every corridor, Kayla needs to find out who is responsible and stop them before they succeed in ending her life.

But when the man she loves is abducted and the lives of her former campmates are threatened, Kayla is forced to decide between launching a daring rescue attempt or protecting the lives of everyone within the towers. As her past and present collide, Kayla quickly learns that whatever path she chooses will forever change the course of her future and the fate of the Omni Towers.

CHRISTINA’S FOUR STAR REVIEW

DISCLAIMER: This is NOT a standalone!!!! PLEEEEEEEASE read the previous books prior to reading this one.

Speechless. I’m utterly speechless and probably need a few days to wrap my head around this one. I’ve been completely consumed with this series since I started it and it’s been a while since I’ve read the first three books to a series back to back to back. In fact, I’ll most likely have a book hangover for quite some time. Trust me. There’s a reason I did it and I’m STILL chomping at the bit to read more of this!!!

Again, this book picks up right where the second left off. After spending a week in the medical ward, Kayla just can’t stay still, but we already knew that. She’s already itching to get back to the surface and the ruins. Unfortunately, the threat to both her and Alec’s lives has escalated to new heights and leaving the Towers isn’t exactly the best option. That is until the lives of those outside the Towers is compromised. There’s no way in hell she’ll let anything happen to them, even if it means putting herself in harms way.

The threat to the surface camps isn’t the only threat though. Between almost being killed a few times in one day, Alec’s life in jeopardy and Carl missing, Kayla’s about to blow and the only way to keep herself somewhat sane is to do everything herself, despite the fact that there are others trying to help as well.

Where the first two books built the characters and love interests, this one is jam packed with non-stop action and a few resolutions that will have your jaw on the floor. But thankfully, this author isn’t done with this series yet and we’ll get the chance to see if some of the “hints” play out the way we hope they do.

Sign me up! I’m ready to binge the next three books!!!!!
