This is the fourth book in The Red Ledger series. You must read the other three to read this book. Otherwise you’ll be lost.
Tristan Red aka Red is head over heels for Isabel. Though he always has been it’s a new revelation for him that in present time he’s still fallen for her. She deserves to have a future and he’s determined to give it to her. This is where it gets tricky.
There’s a bad guy after her and they have to figure out who it is and isolate him. Isabel and her friends come up with a pan Red is not at all happy with executing. It’s 100% crazy and dangerous.
I enjoyed reading this edition of The Red Ledger. Tristan and Isabel’s story isn’t over. They’ll have more to come I’m sure. There’s cases for his job that I think the author can have this series go for a little while. The suspense is pretty lite in this book. Though there is a tad of violence. I enjoyed the overall story. Looking forward to the next edition.
