I really loved reading this book. I was so hooked on Palmer and Hudson’s story. These two are the very best of friends. Until they cross the line one time and end up with her being pregnant. She decides to move back home where she has family support and he follows. They make the perfect life for two friends with a child. Living next to each other. He is a snowboard instructor and she is a writer. Their life in Alaska is better than either one of them imagined it ever could be. It actually feels like she is writing the perfect romance novel at times and I so love how their relationship affected her writing. I love that her family is so close you could throw a rock and hit one of the many of them. What is most important to both of them is their child and raising her together. That is until he starts dating someone else and the life they have created begins to rock on its axis and things get interesting and are ever changing between them. If you have read the other books you know about the gossip that happens in the retirement community. I love that crew of characters and the funny things they add to all the books in this series. If you haven’t read them then you get to discover them in this book and you are going to love it. I really did love reading this book. It is a really sweet story and you are going to love it.
