This is the story of Evelyn and Massimo. This is a dark romance and you will want to heed the warnings in the beginning of the book. It will contain triggers for some readers. This is a quick read but one that you will be addicted to from the very beginning and thinking about when you close it at the very end. Evelyn has been kidnapped. To say she is scared after overhearing what her captors have planned is an understatement. Massimo just happens to be in the right place at the right time because Evelyn is living in such horrors but she doesn’t know that he saves her. She thinks when she wakes up in the hospital her fiance has saved her. But he didn’t. However there is just something about George that is not going to sit right with you from the moment he is introduced in the book. He gave me the creeps for some odd reason and I was all run girl run. However what begins as Massimo keeping and eye on George quickly turns into him keeping very close and obsessed eyes on Evelyn. I don’t know if this is the beginning of bigger books but I am dying to get my hands on the very next book. If you love dark and I’d say stalker romances then you do not want to miss this one.
