Holy gosh this book is so good and one of the best dark reads there is out there. You need to heed the warning in the beginning of the book. If you have read Amo Jones before, you know that her books are dark. This one is really dark and gritty and man oh man did I devour this thing. This is the story of Royce and his Dutchess. These two are foster brother and sister. Royce’s parents wanted to give him a brother and couldn’t so when the opportunity arose they brought home a daughter and Royce swore from that moment on to protect her and protect her he did along with his two best friends. Everyone in their high school knew that she was off limits and she was with them constantly. Until one day he was gone and she was left alone. And this is where the book get really really good and dark and delicious and everything that you want your dark books to be. I don’t want to say anymore about the story. I went into it totally blind and I am so glad that I did. I loved it and devoured it and just loved this book so much I don’t even have enough words to tell you how much. If you love dark romances and only read one this year, this is the book that you don’t want to miss. Sicko is amazing!!!
