Nick Bennett appears to have it all-fame, fortune, and a loving family, but something or should I say someone is missing-Grace Monroe. It has been two years since the date he shared with the beautiful southern belle, and he still thinks about her daily. Their connection was instant and unlike anything he has ever felt before. Now, she is back in his life, and he will do anything to make sure she remains right where she belongs-in his arms. Nick knows deep down in his bones that Grace Monroe is his game changer.
What happens when “the one who got away” shows back up and turns your world upside down?
This was an okay read for me. I really liked Nick and Grace and found myself hoping they would finally get their happily ever after. This story started out strong, but unfortunately about halfway through, the story fell a little flat for me. Of course, that is just my opinion. We readers all have different tastes and opinions and that’s perfectly okay. If you are a fan of second chance romance, you may want to give this one a try. Who knows, you just might end up loving it.
