This book has dark tones and will have you rooting so hard for Anna. It also will have you reading as fast as you can. You see, Rafael owes a huge favor to a very powerful man like himself. When he agrees to keep Anna safe for as long as he needs to he doesn’t anticipate the feeling that she will stir in him. Neither does she expect the true identity of this man. Equally surprising is the past of Anna and why she is so badly wanted now. It is to be used as Collateral.. You have to read the book to find out why. I read this book so fast and was so sad to see it end. I do know that I want the next book in my hands right this second. I finished this series first book and everyone knows that I devoured it the entire time I was reading. Thank you sleep and errands. You cut into my reading time. There are some serious secrets being kept from Anna and some that Rafael are keeping. Will he break her heart again when all she wants to do is be his little bird again. This book was abolutley amazing and I can not wait to have the next book in my hands. If you love edge of your seat reading
