BLURB:

Some hauntings aren’t from ghosts, as Paige Kasey is painfully aware. A confident and stylish professional, she is the youngest owner of a seaside multimillion-dollar real estate agency. But no amount of money could evict her demons.

Falcon Grey’s military training has given him an edge to take down the enemy no matter where they hide. As a partner of MarSin Falcon Security, he has an uncanny ability to find the scum that lives in the shadows of the dark web. As a notorious flirt, women are a luxury he can well afford. There is only one woman who kept him at arm’s length, and she’s the one he can’t forget.

When a visit to Sin City promises Falcon the welcome cocktail of business and pleasure the last bet he would have placed would have been on running into Paige—and what happens in Vegas doesn’t always stay there.

CHRISTINA’S FIVE STAR REVIEW:

I’m really glad that I’ve stuck with this series. Mainly because this installment has proven to be my absolute favorite thus far. I never thought that I’d give one of these books a five star rating after reading the first one, but it just goes to show that giving an author and series another chance can turn out great!

Paige is Aria’s childhood bestie. She’s an extremely successful real estate entrepreneur who seems to have everything on the outside looking in. But that’s just not the case. She’s what some would call damaged goods. But she’s a survivor in every way. You just have to look beneath the surface to see it.

Falcon is Carter’s bestie and business partner. He’s also an ex military hunk who now specializes in security, even working with homeland security. Where everything in his life has been black and white, it takes just a few months with Paige to realize that life has many shades. And now that he’s seen the light, he’ll do everything in his power to keep it burning bright.

Like I stated earlier, this is my absolute fav thus far in the series. Paige’s past and demons hit a little close to home for me which is probably why I could relate and appreciate this book so much more. But it’s Falcon’s tenderness and understand that made me completely melt in to a puddle of goo. If only all men could see the world through his eyes.
