Oh. My. Holy Mother of OMG!!!! What a way to wrap this series up!!! I had my suspicions, but…WOW!!!!! Ok, I have to try REALLY hard to write this without spoiling it for you…….sigh….
Eve, the detective working on the Erin Mills case, has been trying her hardest to not only solve the case, but move forward in her life. That’s one of the main reasons she keeps her head down, dresses down and keeps everything feminine down…she just doesn’t want the attention. Man is she in for a rude awakening, but she made a mistake that has caused her to receive a LOT of attention….from two hot and hungry cowboys!
Finch is a local cowboy who runs the family ranch. He’s also the local cowboy who spent months in jail for assault. And even though it doesn’t matter, it’s not for what you would think. So finding someone who can trust and love him has been hard, so he hasn’t tried. That is until is literally stumbles in to Eve.
Shane is the son of the local superstar actor. But just because his dad is famous, it doesn’t mean he’s wanted anything from him. In fact, he’s spent most of his life away from the limelight, focusing on his own career, all while still looking after his baby sister. So isn’t it ironic that while attending his sisters annual birthday party, he runs in to Eve. And the rest is up hill from here.
This is about as far as I can go in my review without gives anything away. Let’s just say that the way we find out “who killed Erin Mills” is absolutely jaw dropping and will have you picking your jaw up off the floor. Oh…and I’ll say one more thing…..Eve is 100% BADASS CHICK!!!!
