This is the fifteenth book in the Dark Kings series, however, you can read it as a stand alone novel. I started this series probably halfway through and haven’t felt lost once. This particular book focuses on Vlad and Claire.
There’s so much going on in this story with both characters and the Kings over all it’s an edge of your seat type book. When I got to the end I was like Nooooo!!!! Dagnabit. I want the next novel now! *stomps foot*
Ok tantrum over … I will wait patiently impatiently for the next installment. Man, is it going to be a doozy! Needless to say I really enjoyed this novel and would highly recommend you jump on the Dragon King train.
