Moments. Everything happens in moments. It was a moment of drinking tea that lead me to this. It was a moment of defying my husband that lead me here. It was the moment before I was born that a contract was made without my consent. that lead me to him. I may have been unaware of some of these moments, and probably a touch naive, but in doing so it lead me to him., a man who scares me as much as he excites me.
This is the second book in the Love Me Duet. You have to have read Love Drunk before even attempting to read Hate Sober. After the way Love Drunk left us, I could not wait to get Hate Sober in my hands. It did not disappoint. I devoured this book. Everly has had her life torn to bits by people keeping secrets and not telling her the truth. Her heart wants one thing and brain another. I fell so in love with her and with that you can not leave Gunner out. DO NOT give up on him. You’re going to love him to pieces. This book is everything you have been waiting on and more. I don’t think you could ever figure out where this is going to go. Just buy the duet and dive in. I promise you are going to love it. T.L. Smith has blown me away with this duet for sure.
