I was given a copy of this book by the author for an honest review.

Paranomal Romance is my favorite to read.  It seems to ground me when I’m floundering needing a good book.  Scarlett Dawn is one of my favorite PNR authors and I’ve read almost everything she’s published.  I jumped at the chance to review Gargoyle because it’s PNR but it’s also about a gargoyle.  I’ve found those books to be pretty hot in the past.

I’m rating Gargoyle a 3 star because I felt that some places in this novella could have been built upon better and I wanted to learn more about the other individuals in the story.  Hopefully Mrs. Dawn will take mercy upon us and write a full length novel for these characters.  There’s a lot of history and future for them and a full blown novel would be awesome.

If you like short reads with shifters where there are a few steamy scenes you’ll find it here.  If you like to sleuth your way through the story line as I do you’ll find there’s some parts that need filling in to fill your curiosity.
