Flithy Fight by Alta Hensley Release Review

I absolutely loved this book. It was a fast read but the story is absolutely filled with so much you don’t feel like your reading a shorter book. This is the story of Julep and Mateo. She owns a gym along with her brother that they inherited from their father when he died. He was one of the best trainers of boxers in the business and Julep and her brother are determined to keep it that way. They just need to find someone who can be their champion. This is where we meet Mateo. He is a boxer who was on the rise when he did some things he shouldn’t and his life turned upside down and his reputation and boxing career were ruined. I can’t tell you what happened or why because you need to experience that for yourself. I will tell you that I love Julep and Mateo both. I loved that she was a strong independent woman who saw the good in a man that thought he was worthless. There is so much more to Mateo than meets the eye. I loved how she fought for him and sometimes she had to get him to see his way and his worth. This is just a great love story and one that you do not want to miss.
