He’s only supposed to be a one-night stand, but fate has other plans.

Eleven Eleven by Micalea Smeltzer is now live!

After my divorce, I decide to move across the country away from family and friends for a new start.

What I don’t expect is him.

He’s only supposed to be a one-night stand, but fate has other plans.

The next time I see him it’s because I’m on a date with his dad.

I’ve always believed in wishing on elevens, but this time I get a little more than I bargained for by falling for a guy eleven years younger than me.

Reid is everything I shouldn’t want and everything I need.

The question is, am I willing to open my heart up to him? Or am I doomed to let my past hold me back?

Renee’s Five Star Review

I received a copy of this book from the publisher/author to review for Stephanie’s Book Reports.

I loved that this a reverse age gap romance. Usually the man is older but that isn’t the case in this book. This is the story of Via and Reid.
Via has gone though a terrible divorce and her husband she had been to for a good while cheater and got his secretary pregnant. Something she was never able to do. She packs up her life as a lawyer in California and moved to a small town in Maine. She bought an old building in the town that needs a lot of work but she plans to open an art studio for anyone to come and use and take lessons. She is so excited and exhausted but goes out and explores the town. One night her sister begs her to go out to a bar. To try to meet someone to move on from the scum she was married to. This leads to the best night of her life with a guy that is twenty one. She has the best morning with him but in her soul she knows she won’t see him again. That can happen in a small town right? However neither of them are able to forget the other and things can work for them right? You have to read to know that.
I really loved this book. I devoured it actually. It is one of those books that grabs your heart and you jsut have to know what is going to happen. I loved the people in the town she moved to. I loved her sister Tilly and their relationship. I hated her ex. They have the best book club in the town that she owns and all the women are amazing that she meets there. This is a story about finding yourself again after life throws everything you have ever known up in the air. I loved going on this journey with Reid and Via. You need this book in your life. You do not want to miss it.
