Saffron has such original and different stories and a unique way of telling them. I know I will always be in for a ride with her books. Dreams of 18 was fantastic. I loved this forbidden age gap romance! Graham and Violet shouldn’t be together. She’s a teenager. He’s her best friend’s father. They share one kiss. And it sets us up for a tale that is beautiful, romantic, and heartbreaking at times. Both of these characters are flawed and complex. Both have many layers to them. He’s cranky and angry. She’s lost and has her own issues. But they work so well together. Their relationship isn’t easy. It’s full of back and forth, push and pull. It’s a beautiful story when things are going well and tragic when they aren’t. Together they have a story that gripped me and I adored every minute of it. Full of romance and angst, hot and steamy scenes, and beautiful writing, I couldn’t get enough of this story. Go one click! An arc was provided for an honest review.
