I found Dirty Little Secret to be different than Kendall’s other books that I’ve read. While her other books are more fun and have less angst, this one seemed more intense, more raw, and definitely had more angst. And she did it well!
Emma has watched Gavin every morning at a coffee shop. Finally they meet and their chemistry is off the charts. But Gavin can be a bit of a jerk at times. I think people will either love him or hate him. He’s dominate and has secrets. Emma is sweet and you really have to love her. They definitely are opposites and there is a lot of back and forth between them. The story has twists and turns and will definitely keep you interested, wanting to see what happens next. The cliffhanger ending has me waiting for the next book. A great start to a new series!
