This is the story of Bishop, who lost his son due to his addiction and the way he loves to rob people. He was Blackie’s cellmate and has gotten him the best lawyer in the country to help him reunite with his son Connor. This book is told from the past and present and From Bishop and Charlotte’s point of view. It doesn’t take long for Charlotte to rock Bishops world and you get to experience them falling in love. Now for the four star reason. Jack Parrish. Oh how my heart aches because I have always always loved this character. I love that he is in the book and I usually love the way he is portrayed. Not in this one. Something just got under my skin and really bothered me about him in this book. Overall it is a great read.
