I received a copy of this book from the publisher/author to review for Stephanie’s Book Reports.
I loved reading this book. It is one of those books that you can’t lay it down once you pick it up. This is the story of Quincy and Hollis.This book really grabs you by the heart and doesn’t let go until the end. These two are so perfect for each other. Hollis is a woman on a revenge mission. I can’t really blame the girl and you have to read to see why. She is very much going to say what comes to mind and she will crack you up at times. She is grouch and blunt and lived through a lifetime of pain. However the more you get to know her the more that you see there is a sweet woman that rarely shines through. Quincy is sticking his nose in places it doesn’t belong.The turn of events will surprise you and have you laughing a little too. He is a guy who commits to things once he starts them and he loves his job. It’s his life actually. When he meets Hollis he knows that she is his. His to protect and one day love. You are going to fall so hard for them. I loved every single second of this book. And like I said I couldn’t lay it down.
