Lucas and Zar are best friends. Zar is the CFO and all business. Lucas is the billionaire but also a single dad and the man is dominant down to his core. Scarlet is a MMA fighter who also is a bodyguard. Bet you didn’t’ see that coming did you. Lucas is the one that has a stalker and he needs protection for his daughter and himself. Scarlett is perfect for the job and is quickly hired. These two however have met before at a party so it was a easy choice for him. After all his daughter is the most important thing in the world to him. I don’t know that I can tell you much more about this story and not give something away. Your’re going to be taken on a journey that you will soon not forget. The characters are so perfect for each other and I thought they really brought out the best in each other. I loved that in all the seriousness Zar can have you laughing time and again. Lucas will destroy your heart. But don’t give up on him. We all love a strong female character and Scarlett doesn’t let us down in that department.
