I am going to go ahead and warn you that this book is super addictive. You won’t be able to lay it down. It is the story of Layla and Damien. It is dark stalker with the lead male being a possessive over the top kind of guy. Layla has a job she loves and one she does I guess for fun. Her real job is to photograph no longer with us bodies in homicides. She has been really busy lately as there is a serial killer on the lose. But he isn’t your average killer as he likes to leave his art work on the chest of his victims. Damien you need to discover for yourself. He is like unwrapping a present wrapped multiple times. Layer by layer and you are going to have the best time doing it. He never failed to surprise me at times. He carries himself in mystery and darkness is his best friend. And he has it bad for Layla. I don’t want to say anything else about the story and give something away. I loved reading this book and it kept me trying to figure out some things and right on the edge the entire time I was reading. We still have some mysteries to go and I for one am excited to get to dive in and figure them out.
