This is the first book in the Gods of Hatherley Hall Series. It is the story of Knox and Elena. He is a lacrosse player and she is a new girl in town whose mother is now the Nanny to Knox’s little sister. However things are not quite that simple. They are on a mission for revenge on Knox’s dad. You have to read the book to see what that is as it stays a mystery for a while. Knox though is in his final year of school and had finally talked his parents into letting him board at the school for the first time with his two best friend. However, when Elena comes to live at their house, his mother gets her enrolled into the school and since she can’t drive he has to stay put at home to live for a month and he is livid. Mad and cocky as all get out he is down right mean to her and he is suspicious of her from the get go. Can he figure out what she is up to before it’s too late? You have to read to find out. I know I just said he was mean but don’t give up on Knox. He is actually a really good guy. Elena is a victim of her circumstances and she really has this sweet side to her but she gives just as good as she gets when it comes to Knox. I really loved this story. It is a complete story but there is a set up for the next book. I so can’t wait to have that one in my hot little hands.
