This is the story of Grayson King who is Jake’s older brother who is so much a mystery from the first book. Avani is a girl who use to work for Jake and if you have read the first book then you know what I am talking about when I say she is acquired by Grayson and now works for him. She is strong willed and feisty and gives as good as she gets and she and Grayson clash all the time She is late and he is a strict be on time kind of guy. She thinks he is bossy and arrogant and really rude. All of this tension makes for some absolutely amazing reading. I loved every single second of it. I don’t really want to go in to what the story is about. It is a book that you just need to dive into blind and enjoy the wild ride that is A Villain’s Lies. I feel like you leave a little bit of your heart in the pages of this book when you close it. It was amazing and I know that it is one that I will read again multiple times.
