I will go ahead and tell you that Begin With You is the first book in the Chaotic Love Duet. You should expect a cliffhanger. However the wait is not long for the second book. This book too has dark places and things in it that might be triggers for some people. Things in this book that might be triggers are references to childhood trauma, rape, kidnapping and PTSD. To say this is an emotional read is quiet possibly a understatement. I loved every single second of it. Your going to fall so in love with these characters who quiet possibly could be real people that you know. They are so well written I felt for them in my soul. That is one of the great things about a Claudia Burgoa book. She develops her characters so well you feel like you know them. I love when characters are that well written. Abby and Wes are best friends. They have been from the time Ably came to live with Wes’s family when she was a seventeen year old foster child. These two have remained friends through thick and then. He is the one person in the world who can calm Abby down, can help her through a panic attack and night terrors. He has even visited Abby all over the world in the places shes been until she moves back to Denver and is now working for Wes in the family corporation. But this probably wasn’t the best move for Abby as she is haunted by memories and monsters from her past. She doesn’t want Wes to know everything there is to know about her past, but along the way and through the years Wes has fallen in love with Abby and would do anything for her. He is determined to be with Abby weather as a friend or more. He wants to “fix” her but is happy to support her if that is what it takes. This is the story of two people getting through the world the best way they can. Wes is not without his demons and a past so he isn’t quiet as together as you will think he is. This though I am sure is for the second book. The book that I would love to have in my hands now. This is a story that you do not want to miss.
