Felony Ever After

***A Domino Anthology: 13 Authors ONE story***

Verity Michaels is new to New York City, but even she knows riding in a stolen cab is not a normal way to meet someone. Damn it if that tattoo-covered would-be felon isn’t everywhere now, and lighting everything on fire under her skirt.

His name is Hudson Fenn, and he’s frustratingly impossible to pin down. He works as a bike messenger, but has the manners of a prince—along with a strange tendency toward breaking and entering. As much as Verity knows he’s not her type, and likely to land her in jail, she can’t help but find her truest self when they’re together.

Can she be brave enough to give Hudson a real chance? Will he be bold enough to reveal the man beneath the ink, or will his secrecy doom their connection? Also, WTF is the deal with Verity’s boss? No less than thirteen of your favorite romance writers have teamed up to tell this sexy, wacky, snort-inducing tale. With them you’ll visit the world’s most irritating office, a VIP room of questionable cleanliness, and the fanciest apartment a bike messenger has ever inhabited, but you’ll still never see this ending coming.

Felony Ever After is one story written by thirteen different authors.

Verity Michaels is new to New York City after her fathers helps her get a job there. Originally from Florida and coming off a failed photography business she’s determined to be serious and do the best job possible for her new boss. A boss named Jarold Lay. A real weirdo thats certainly got no problem ogling up the girls in the office. After a late night at work Verity finds herself sharing a cab with a tattooed all over hoodie wearing druggie or so she thinks.

Fenn Hudson is a mystery. He’s got an amazing apartment works as a bike messenger and keeps a lot of secrets. Commenting one felony is apparently not enough for the guy as he’s out to steal Verity’s heart. Can these two polar opposites make this work??

This book works and is really really good. At first I was worried after reading the authors sent each other very vague outlines of each chapter they wrote that it would be disjointed and not flow correctly. First of all who was I kidding these are amazing authors. Secondly it flows with such perfection that if they left each authors name off the top off the chapters you’d never know they switched.

I loved Verity and Fenn. They both are such unique character in their own right with Verity having a Twitter addiction. I loved all the tweets at the end of each chapter. Their hilarious and had me cracking up more during reading a book than I think I ever had. It’s got it’s very serious moments and it’s melt the kindle moments too though. It’s a book that I would recommend to everyone. I loved every second if it and was sad to leave the world of thirteen authors and Verity and Fenn.

Amazing job ladies. You’ve written a book to be very proud of and I hope y’all do it again.

OMG this book is amazing! I am astounded by the group of author’s talent and their ability to take their individual section and put them all together to create a fluid, sexy, funny as heck story. The tweets and hashtags had me smiling. The story had a twist that was new to me and had me rolling with laughter at times and thinking ewww at others. I would and already have told friends to buy this book. Great job to the authors!
