This is a quick yet exciting read about Mala and her family.  Being well known for his expertise at repairing clocks, Mala’s father has been dubbed as the “timekeeper”.  What everyone doesn’t know is that Mala and her family are really in hiding.  In order to keep his family safe, Mala’s father made a deal with Death.  However, time is running out, and Mala is left with two choices.  Will she make the decision that will lead to her family’s safety, or will her choice lead to their deaths?  If you are looking for a book with a story line that will draw you into a world of fairy tales and nightmares, look no further!  This is the book for you!
