A faked murder needed a subtle touch and precision timing. The dread magician Silas Fyrelight possessed none of those qualities. He did, however, know his business when it came to the nefarious arts. His kiss was also quite devastating. He’s set his sights on seducing Verity, and worst of all, she’s finding it nearly impossible to say no.

I have never read a steampunk romance before but I was excited to try something new. I will say that I will be open to reading more in the future. It took me a little bit o really get into because I had to adjust to the steampunk dialect but after I did I really loved the story. I really wish it was longer because I felt like it was a little rushed and in the end I really want more of these two. I hope she continues on with their story in some way.
This story is only about 55 pages but in that time you go on an adventure. There is romance, steamy oh so good hot sex, and action. I loved the characters and how they interact with each other their banter had me smiling. I really do hope that I can read more about them in the future and you should grab the book and read about their story now. Just click this link and it’s yours.
