As a business owner it’s imperative that your do your homework when it comes to real estate. In the US or elsewhere.  People aren’t always truthful about what it is they’re trying to sell.  Especially if they’re mixed up in what would be considered the mafia.

Poor Eveline’s store in Japan is in jeopardy of loosing it’s location all because the rightful owner didn’t tell her the truth about the property.  So now the new owner wants her out. Eveline’s not having it!  Lincoln Hudson’s going to know about it too.

I really like how she sticks up for herself and her business.  She’s a take all the prisoners type person and Lincoln has met his match. Of course it doesn’t help either of them that they’re both attractive and attracted to one another. Thus a bargain is struck.

As these characters get to know one another the author has made sure the reader knows how much they care for one another.  I enjoyed Eveline’s claws showing at an event she attending with Lincoln.  I may have giggled during that whole scene.  🙂  Give this novella a go!  Though it’s part of a series you can definitely read it as a stand alone novel.  I hope you enjoy it too!
