This is the story of Julian and Genesis. Julian is a member of the Lombardi Mafia. Genesis is his younger sisters best friend. He is a very stoic person but also at the same time extremely deadly. Genesis might be a little spoiled because she is used to always getting what she wants. She too though is very much a free spirit. These two have some very playful banter but it also turns into playful banter with tension. She has grown up with his family and they know each other well and I loved that they had this connection their whole life. Until it turns into something more. This face also made it easier for her to connect with him in a way that no other woman has ever been able to. She knew what his life was like and what they all went through. This was a really heartwarming love story between these two and I loved every single second of it.
