You Were Never Not Mine by Monica Murphy is now live!

She should hate him at first sight…

August Lancaster is a menace. His power at Lancaster Prep is legendary, and no one dares cross him. He’s a ruling senior, and everyone wants to be his friend, or at the very least stay in his good graces.

When he sets his sights on me my freshman year, he makes me wish I never existed. His constant, unwanted attention is humiliating. He makes me burn with both anger and desire. Even though I try to give as good as I get, it isn’t until he graduates that I can actually breathe.

Now I’m finally at college, and it’s everything I want it to be. New people, new experiences, new Sinclair. Until I discover that August attends the same university. When he starts flirting with me at a frat party, I realize he doesn’t even recognize me. At first, I’m humiliated all over again, but I quickly decide to make it my mission to remind August f’ing Lancaster exactly who I am.

I start running into him everywhere. Problem is, he can’t stop talking to me. Kissing me. Touching me. It’s like he’s obsessed with me, and soon enough…I’m worried I’m becoming obsessed with him, too.

But can I trust him? Does someone like August ever truly change? Or is he going to ruin me yet again?

Renee’s Five Star Review

I received a copy of this book from the publisher/author to review for Stephanie’s Book Reports.

I am loving all the books in this series. I have closed these books feeling the greatest about all these amazing characters we are getting to read about. This is the story of August and Sinclair. These two are certainly rivals and the banter between them is straight fire. He is certainly a broody, protective, alpha male who would burn the world down for anyone he really loves. He really gives off the walking red flag vibes at times. But man oh man as you get to know him you really fall for him. Plus it was so fun to watch this man fall so hard that he was obsessed with Sin. Sinclair is just starting college and when she was in high school she had a bully. A bully named August and they hated each other with a passion. Now though four years have passed and he doesn’t recognize the girl he tormentor for years. August is very bored with her life. But when he spots a girl that he absolutely can not stop thinking about. This really is a great read. My favorite thing about it being that Sin wasn’t afraid to reclaim her voice. To be heard and not bullied. This book really is for you if you love rivals with a messy past and girl bringing the same guy who tormented her for years to his knees.
