This is the story of Blair and Shay. It is also part of the Clear View Country Club series that is written by many different authors in a shared world. Shay is a MMA fighter and he is one of the best. His father is a will known high profile lawyer. He is cocky and hot headed. Blair has just moved to town with her mom. They lost her dad a year ago but something about his death does not sit right with them. He was getting very mysterious text. She is sassy and sweet and not one part of her is scared of the big bad MMA fighter. They meet when she is filling in as a right girl. But their moment is short and sweet. However, the next day they find out that their parents are dating. However, Shay has the idea in his head that they are out to get his dad and tear down everything he has ever built. However, if he thinks that Blair is just going to lay down and take all he dishes out he has finally met his match. That girl has not fear in her and isn’t afraid to give as good as she gets. But things are not as they seem and soon they have a mystery to solve and danger lurking at every corner. Can these two survive with so much stacked against them? You have to read to find that out. But I loved these characters. I really loved their banter. I loved how protective he was of her and she of him, even when they were giving each other all they had. This is a great addition to the Clear View Country Club Series.
