This is the second book in The Crowne Conspiracy Series. You have to read Psyop Kings first or you are going to be lost reading this book. This book will pick up where we left off in the first one. I know I have been so anxious to get this book in my hands after where we left off in the last book. We are with Romy as she tries to mentally and physically recover. The girl has been through some horrifying things. There to is the mystery of how her family is connected to the Crowne family. After all they are all about the mind games and she is in a very manipulative world that the Crowne family rules. We can’t forget that she is fake dating the one and only Caius. However, fake dating might be changing to some serious feelings and heated moments. I have to say that no matter how you felt about him in the first book, I have a feeling that things are going to change in the way you think about him in this one. I loved that we got to get his point of view through this entire book. He is obsessed with Romy actually. He is so protective and possessive of her and can’t for the life of himself figure out why. If you loved the first book, you are going to love this one even more. Now I can’t wait to get the final book in our hands. It’s going to be an epic conclusion. I can feel it in my bones.
