This is the story of Michael and Gianna. I have to say that Gianna part of this story that involve her aunt, uncle and cousin is just heartbreaking. They treated her horribly and abused her both physically and mentally. She thought she would be safe with them after they took her in when her parents were brutally murdered. However the last straw comes when her uncle signs an oath for her to be married to a man who is sixty years old and all his wives keep dying. She runs hoping to never be found again. But her uncle isn’t about to just let her run off like that and hires Michael to find her. He is an expert at what he does. But, when he sees her picture he knows that he has to have her for himself. I loved reading this book. It kept me engrossed and on the edge of my seat at times. There are twist and turns. Lies and betrayal. Stalking and obsession. Moments that will melt the Kindle right out of your very hands. I loved the story these two had to tell and can’t wait to get my hands on the next book in this series.
