This is the story of Megan and Alexander’s. She is a girl who finds herself in his clutches. She got caught stealing from her and no one steals from him. EVER!! She was trying to steal information from the club that as owned by the Volkov Mafia Family. I loved her and they had the most amazing push and pull. She kept him on his toes constantly. She is sassy and feisty and no weak character here. She certainly was never afraid to go toe to toe with him when she had to. However, that didn’t mean that she hadn’t met her match. Because, she had. He is after all a Mafia Boss that is dark and dangerous with a brutal side to him. He was never one to let others do his dirty work because he wasn’t afraid to get his hands dirty. This book is full of twists and turns. So much so that it will keep you reading well past your bedtime. I don’t think that I laid this book down. It is one that you do not want to miss.
