Buckle up because this book starts and doesnโt slow down until you close it and I loved that about it. This is the story of Vega and Adrian. Both of them are some seriously broken souls. I would almost say that they have never known love in their lives and are a little desperate for it. Vega has a very tragic story and I swear I could feel my heart drop when I discovered it all. This poor girl. However you would never know it by the way she is. However she does have a huge sense of justice and her help of innocent and her being willing to get revenge for things that have been does by some seriously evil people made her one bad butt of a character in my opinion. Adrian is a man who has been through horrible things too. He certainly was dealt a bad hand in life. Donโt give up on him. I wasnโt the biggest fan of his attitude to begin with but then realized I would probably have the same attitude he did if I had lived his life. He is the very walking definition of a tormented soul if ever there has been on. When he came out of this attitude though I really loved his personality. I cannot wait to get the next book in my hands. I have to know what is going to happen.
