Unraveled is the third book in the Dark Sovereign Series. You have to read Alexius and His Wife first or you are going to be very lost. This is a dark romance and you will want to heed the warnings in the beginning of this book. It will contain triggers for some readers.
I could not wait to get this book in my hands and it was just so much more than I was expecting it to be and I was expecting a lot. I don’t even know how to talk about the story and not give something away. We have already spent so much time with Alexius and Leandra and fallen in love with them along the way. I don’t think that I spent very much time not one the edge of my seat reading this book. Holding my breath. Begging that things come out the right way. It starts off with a betrayal having been done and the devastation of that. I loved when Alexius possessive side come out to play and they were both obsessed with each other though one might have been a little more over the top about it. I did not lay this book down. I was so lost in this world that the real world just fell away and I loved every single second and every single thing about this book.

And that’s what I did. I crossed a line.
Thing is, I don’t regret it. I’d do it again if I had the chance.
This all started with me needing a wife—a wife I didn’t want.

Now, I’m not willing to let her go.
Not even if she begs me to set her free.
She knew the risk.
She knew my love would come with a burden she’ll carry for the rest of her life.
