Royally-Matched-3D-bookSome men are born responsible, some men have responsibility thrust upon them. Henry Charles Albert Edgar Pembrook, Prince of Wessco, just got the motherlode of all responsibility dumped in his regal lap.

He’s not handling it well.

Hoping to force her grandson to rise to the occasion, Queen Lenora goes on a much-needed safari holiday—and when the Queen’s away, the Prince will play. After a chance meeting with an American television producer, Henry finally makes a decision all on his own:

Welcome to Matched: Royal Edition.

A reality TV dating game show featuring twenty of the world’s most beautiful blue bloods gathered in the same castle. Only one will win the diamond tiara, only one will capture the handsome prince’s heart.

While Henry revels in the sexy, raunchy antics of the contestants as they fight, literally, for his affection, it’s the quiet, bespectacled girl in the corner—with the voice of an angel and a body that would tempt a saint—who catches his eye.

The more Henry gets to know Sarah Mirabelle Zinnia Von Titebottum, the more enamored he becomes of her simple beauty, her strength, her kind spirit…and her naughty sense of humor.

But Rome wasn’t built in a day—and irresponsible royals aren’t reformed overnight.

As he endeavors to right his wrongs, old words take on whole new meanings for the dashing Prince. Words like, Duty, Honor and most of all—Love.

Stephanie’s 4 Star Review:

I received a copy of this book from the author for an honest review.

This book does stand alone though it might be better to read Royally Screwed beforehand.

To be instantly thrown into the role of next in line to the thrown has to be worse than suffering from whiplash.  One minute you’re playing golf joking around with your friends.  Next you’re trying to keep your head above the politics on the tee.  Loads of lessons for Henry to learn to become the next King of Wessco!

In a slew of bad decisions Prince Henry agrees to do a royal dating show similar to The Bachelor titled Matched: Royal Edition.  There are several potential ladies who would love to be chosen as Henry’s Queen-to-be.  Of course  there’s always the cattiness and competitions…though Henry just isn’t into any of them.

One lady has captured his attention.  Lady Sarah.  She enthralls him.  Completely captivates.  There are many differences with these two characters. One of the major ones being Sarah can’t speak in front of crowds.  That just won’t do for a future Queen.  There are other issues at hand here as well.  Like Henry has a contract for this reality show and Sarah isn’t one of the contestants.  The show must go on!

The struggle is real for these two.  Henry and Sarah are definitely two you’ll be rooting for.  They’re genuinely great characters.  Author Emma Chase did a good job bringing out their quirks and what they’d each bring to the table.

If you like royal stories.  Give this one a try.
