Misadventures with a Rookie by Toni Aleo Release Review

I love sports romance though I will admit, and I know I will catch some flack for this, I do not know a thing in this world about hockey. I’m from the south and they just do not televise it much until it is playoff season. Though I am a girl and will admit there are some absolute hotties in hockey. Misadventures of a Rookie is the story of Gus Persson who is the best rookie there has been in a while and he is spoiled and rich and knows just how good he is. He is waiting on his chance to move up to the pros and he knows how to be confident and show off. He also has this one and done rule when it comes to women. So, if your lucky enough to hook up with him it won’t be happening again so do not hold your breath. Bo St James is an ice girl and physical therapy student. She hates and I do mean with a strong passion men just like Gus who are cocky and basically use women to get one night of pleasure out of them. She too is a I don’t do relationships, one night stand or otherwise period ever!! So these two are total opposites to say the least. However there is a passion burning just below the surface for these two that is so strong you as a reader will be able to fell it for yourself. You get to also watch these two go from totally hating each other to liking each other and beyond. They challenge each other. Push each others buttons. But watch out feelings might get involved in all the misadventures and fun they are having. Then what are they going to do? Well you have to read to find out. I really enjoyed this book and think that ya’ll will too.

If you love cocky, confident. sexy hockey players and strong, sassy females then this book is for you.

Gus is a player on and off the ice. when he sets his eyes on Bo it’s game over. These two have off the charts chemistry mixed with a a fair amount of bad luck. That creates a sexy, fun, emotional story, That will have you swooning.
