I received a copy of this book from the author for an honest review.
I am a big fan of Emily Snow’s books. I have enjoyed reading her characters over the years. This particular book is no exception. Jace and Lucy are great characters who are pretty much polar opposites from one another.
They knew each other in high school and now they meet again – ten years later. There’s been some major upheaval in Lucy’s life both personally and professionally. She’s job hunting and runs across an ad for EXtreme Effects. When she sees who her potential boss is – tongue tied doesn’t even match what effect Jace Exley has on her.
Of course Jace has always had a hard on for Lucy Williams. But he doesn’t mix business with pleasure. It’s too easy to blow up in his face. Too much trouble.
You know how they say opposites attract – these two have it in spades. She’s prim and proper. He always has sex on his mind – never relenting teasing Lucy about her proper ways.
This is definitely one hot book Emily has written. Lucy and Jace will warm up your kindle with their steamy looks and suggestive comments. Not to mention the rest of what’s going on in the story. You may need a fan with you when you read – or other items. 🙂
